This is a low elevation deck less than 30” above grade therefore not requiring guardrails. It features diagonal decking for visual interest, a six-foot-high privacy panel and a wide-open look without any guards and a cascading stair case. An inset stair case against the house provides quick and convenient access to the other side of the backyard. Plans provide traditional joist mounting techniques for the posts of the privacy panels or use the Evolution Structural Post Anchor with wood install kit for simple surface mounting but exceptional strength and beauty.
